At AVI-8, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aviation-inspired timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your watch in its original presentation box with all manuals and warranty cards included to ensure it arrives back in pristine condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
